WPRiders is a web development agency building digital products across SaaS, eCommerce, and web platforms, working with clients such as Nestlé, UEFA, Panasonic, and BNP Paribas. As a UI/UX Designer, I worked on multiple client projects, conducting UX audits, improving user flows and information architecture, and redesigning key interfaces to make them clearer, more intuitive, and conversion-focused. I regularly communicated directly with clients, presenting design decisions, aligning solutions with business goals, and identifying issues early in the process. Alongside this, I created detailed documentation and worked closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation, bridging UX thinking with real-world execution.

At WPRiders, I worked across multiple client projects, focusing on improving existing digital products through UX audits, restructuring, and targeted UI redesigns. The work spanned SaaS platforms, eCommerce, and content-heavy websites, including projects like InspectPro (SaaS landing page optimization), Philosophy Works (content-heavy educational platform), Zen Ginseng (eCommerce experience), and additional UX audits such as Pet Haven and a rental software platform.
My scope typically began with identifying friction points through structured UX audits—analyzing user journeys, content hierarchy, and decision-making barriers—then translating those insights into clearer information architecture, improved user flows, and more intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces.

Role
I led UX analysis and design across projects, combining audit-driven thinking with practical UI execution. This included mapping user journeys, identifying usability issues, and restructuring complex interfaces into more scannable and user-friendly experiences.
For example, in InspectPro, I audited the product page and identified issues such as unclear value communication, dense feature sections, and weak trust signals, then restructured the page into a clearer flow (problem → solution → how it works → proof → CTA) to support faster decision-making .
In Philosophy Works, I focused on restructuring content-heavy pages by prioritizing key information (such as course details and scheduling), simplifying navigation, and introducing clearer hierarchy. I also created a detailed implementation document outlining layout, typography, and interaction behaviors (including hover states and spacing rules) to ensure consistency in development .
For Zen Ginseng, I worked on improving product discovery and conversion by redesigning navigation, introducing clearer category structures, refining filters, and reducing friction in key actions like search, signup, and checkout flows .
Across projects, I collaborated directly with clients—presenting design decisions, aligning solutions with business goals, and addressing feedback—while also working closely with developers, creating structured documentation and catching implementation issues early.
